Description of Service

Caldar is a free service that allows you to create shareable links displaying your calendar availability. The Service connects to your Google Calendar to show your free/busy times to people you share your link with.

Google Account Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize Caldar to access your Google Calendar. By doing so, you confirm that you have the right to grant this access and that your use complies with Google's Terms of Service.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share availability links containing sensitive or confidential calendar information without appropriate authorization
• Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your availability links
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by Caldar and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability
